Under Massachusetts law, adults 21 and over will be permitted to purchase marijuana products at licensed dispensaries. Massachusetts voters approved the law in November 2016, and the Cannabis Control Commission is the regulatory body.

All adults 21 and older are eligible to purchase. Customers must present a valid government-issued photo I.D. when entering the dispensary.

You do NOT need a medical marijuana card at our Back Bay, Watertown or Somerville location to purchase marijuana for recreational use. You will only need a valid government-issued photo I.D that verifies that you are 21+ years of age. You will be subject to the adult use tax however.

However, if you would like to become a Massachusetts medical marijuana patient, you can learn more about doing so here.
